- Role Type: Individual Contributor

Position Summary
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Business Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable business decisions.
In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic and analytical partner to Arclin’s supply chain organization, leading high-impact initiatives that improve how we plan, operate, and make decisions. You’ll build Power BI dashboards, leverage SQL and advanced analytics, develop business cases, evaluate supply chain opportunities, and translate complex information into insights that leaders can act on.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys going beyond reporting the numbers. We’re looking for someone who can find the story behind the data, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and influence better business outcomes.
We are not accepting agency candidates for this opportunity. Please do not submit resumes or candidate profiles for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic supply chain analytics initiatives from initial problem definition through recommendation, implementation support, and value realization.
- Build executive-ready business cases and scenario analyses to evaluate financial, operational, inventory, service, and capacity tradeoffs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and decision-support tools used by supply chain and operations leadership.
- Leverage SQL and other analytical tools to extract, validate, model, and transform enterprise data into meaningful business insights.
- Turn ambiguous or complex business questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
- Evaluate opportunities across network strategy, sourcing, inventory, manufacturing, logistics, and cost-to-serve to identify areas for performance improvement and growth.
- Help establish strong KPI governance, including metric definitions, calculation logic, data lineage, and reporting ownership.
- Automate manual reporting processes and develop scalable analytical solutions that improve efficiency and decision quality.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly communicate findings, alternatives, risks, recommendations, and implementation considerations.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, strategy, operations analytics, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Strong Power BI expertise, including data modeling, DAX, visualization design, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Working SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, data validation, and query troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work effectively across large and imperfect datasets.
What Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain planning, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, or operations.
- Knowledge of network design, capacity planning, product profitability, inventory economics, and cost accounting.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and providing analytics that support executive decision-making.
Why This Role
If you’re someone who likes combining data, technology, supply chain, and business strategy, this role gives you the opportunity to do more than produce reports. You’ll help shape decisions, improve how the organization uses data, and build scalable analytical solutions that can make a meaningful impact across the supply chain.
