Procurement Support Analyst — Catalog & Sourcing Support

As a Procurement Support Analyst — Catalog & Sourcing Support, you'll be an essential part of our Source-to-Pay team, contributing to procurement operations and excellence. This role is pivotal in managing catalogs, sourcing events, and purchase orders, ensuring flawless execution and seamless operations. What You'll Do

• Manage catalog and content set-up, updates, and accuracy.
• Coordinate RFx and sourcing events on behalf of Category Managers.
• Expedite purchase orders and process change orders.
• Handle supplier queries relating to POs and transactions.
• Provide backup coverage for the buying desk across regions and time zones.
• Support catalog enablement with preferred suppliers.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for sourcing and catalog activity.
• Identify and bring up recurring issues for process improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in procurement operations, catalog/content management, or sourcing event administration.
• Working knowledge of a procurement platform and e-sourcing modules.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones to provide regional coverage.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
