We’ve signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us! As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us.
They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together. - Role Overview: - Execute the SEO roadmap for parking and reservation journeys, prioritising opportunities based on search demand, user intent and business impact. - Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, site architecture, mobile usability and Core Web Vitals; document issues and follow through on fixes. - Perform keyword research and search-intent mapping; optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links and content briefs for existing and new pages. - Support scalable SEO for location, city, venue and airport pages, including page templates, CMS components, feeds and automation in partnership with web and engineering teams. - Use structured data/schema where relevant and work with technical partners to validate implementation and monitor search appearance. - Track organic performance and SEO KPIs using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and SEO tools; translate findings into clear recommendations, tests and measurable actions. - Support website migrations, launches and rollouts through SEO QA, monitoring, documentation and practical guardrails to prevent regressions. - Coordinate with content stakeholders and the SEO agency to review deliverables, maintain quality and ensure recommendations are feasible and aligned with business goals. - Use AI-assisted tools such as Gemini or Claude where useful for research, analysis and workflow efficiency; validate outputs and maintain SEO quality standards.
Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with practical examples of improving organic visibility, traffic or engagement. Candidates with strong technical SEO execution and relevant results should be considered even if they have not worked in the parking or mobility sector. - Ai native and experienced in utilizing LLM’s and agents to set up workflows and process. - Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals, including crawling, indexation, redirects, canonicalisation, site architecture and Core Web Vitals. - Hands-on experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4, plus at least one SEO crawling or research tool such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush. - Good understanding of keyword research, search intent, on-page optimisation, content briefs and internal linking. - Familiarity with structured data/schema markup and CMS-based websites; basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
Direct development experience is not required, but the ability to work effectively with developers is important. - Comfortable interpreting performance data, identifying issues, prioritising actions and reporting outcomes clearly. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across content, marketing, product and engineering teams. - Curiosity about AI-assisted and conversational search and evolving discovery experiences; practical AEO/GEO experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. - A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, technology or a related field is useful; equivalent hands-on experience will also be valued. - Professional working proficiency in English. - Why Join Arrive? - Work on global-scale digital mobility and parking experiences used by millions of people. - Help improve organic discovery across websites, markets and customer journeys. - Collaborate with international content, marketing, product and engineering teams. - Combine technical problem-solving, content optimisation and experimentation in a role with visible impact. - Build technology and services that make urban mobility simpler and more sustainable.
