Overview

Seeking a GenAI Manager to lead the development and deployment of AI-powered document intelligence and information extraction solutions. This role will partner with business stakeholders, Data Science teams, and engineering teams to deliver scalable GenAI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, and cloud-based AI platforms.

How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of GenAI-powered document extraction and automation solutions.
• Translate business requirements into extraction schemas, validation rules, and quality metrics.
• Drive prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous optimization of LLM-based workflows.
• Oversee Python-based extraction pipelines, validation frameworks, and post-processing logic.
• Establish best practices for testing, monitoring, logging, and error handling.
• Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams, including US-based Data Science teams.
• Partner with business owners to prioritize enhancements and manage delivery backlogs in Azure DevOps.
• Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.

About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Intelligent Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Spark.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure ecosystem.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, testing frameworks, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise-scale document processing and information extraction.

Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.

Experience leading AI/ML or GenAI solution teams.

Familiarity with handling sensitive data and implementing responsible AI practices.
