How you'll make an impact

Gallagher is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Producer to join our People & Workforce Transformation (PWT) practice.

As part of the PWT growth strategy, this role is designed to create dedicated enterprise sales capacity by separating business development from consulting execution. The Producer will partner closely with subject-matter experts and consulting leaders to identify client needs, shape solutions, and bring the right resources into the sales process.

This role will play a critical part in expanding PWT's market presence, strengthening enterprise client relationships, and driving growth through the sale of integrated solutions that help organizations improve employee engagement, develop leaders, navigate change, and build high-performing cultures.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a proactive business development strategy to generate new opportunities and expand relationships within target accounts.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a qualified pipeline of consulting and professional services opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business through a combination of prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
  • Establish trusted relationships with senior executives, including CHROs, Talent Leaders, Organizational Development leaders, and other key decision-makers.
  • Drive revenue growth by uncovering organizational challenges and aligning client needs with PWT capabilities.

Consultative Sales Leadership

  • Lead discovery conversations with executives to understand business priorities, workforce challenges, talent strategies, and organizational goals.
  • Identify underlying organizational issues and connect client needs across multiple solution areas.
  • Collaborate with consulting leaders and subject-matter experts to develop tailored solutions and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales process, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations, negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Position integrated solutions that address enterprise-wide business outcomes rather than standalone HR initiatives.

Market & Solution Expertise

  • Develop credibility and market presence across PWT's core solution areas:
  • Employee Engagement and Employee Listening
  • Leadership Development and Executive Coaching
  • Organizational Development, Culture, Team Effectiveness, and Change
  • Candidates should possess deep commercial expertise in at least two of these areas, with the ability to quickly build knowledge and credibility in the third.

Sales Operations & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and client priorities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with practice leadership to support sales planning, territory development, and strategic account management initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, sales progress, and revenue forecasts.
