Your role
Tecturbo is looking for a professional to join our team in the Billing area as a Billing Analyst. This position reports directly to the Administrative Coordinator and plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of billing operations.
The mission of this role is to ensure the correct issuance of invoices and billing documents, maintain consistency across commercial, contractual, and operational information, and support compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal procedures.
You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
- Issue and validate rental invoices and billing documents, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Review and reconcile commercial, contractual, and operational information from orders, proposals, and supporting documentation before billing release.
- Identify root causes of issues affecting billing processes and support corrective actions.
- Continuously review current processes, seeking improvements, innovation, and greater efficiency while ensuring compliance with The Way, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
- Act as a business partner for customers and internal stakeholders on billing-related matters, providing responsive and accurate support.
- Maintain reliable and up-to-date information related to billing processes, accounts receivable activities, and customer follow-up.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Brazilian taxes, including ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, and ISS.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- English proficiency is considered an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and commitment to delivering quality results.
