Your role

Your day-to-day

Work closely with Sales, Applications, Service and other Edwards functions in China by managing and providing product knowledge and technical presentations.

Work cooperatively with global product management team and China Application team to identify new product or applications opportunities and to set up some close working partnership with end users leading to new opportunities.

Champion Edwards products by defending and promoting product technology and its integrity. Convince customers to implement Edwards solutions in field process and applications related issues.

Coordinate new products Evaluation to ensure successful qualification and enhance product reliability. Will involve co-ordinating activities with account team, application and customer, defining experimental parameters and data acquisition, managing project reviews, and providing input towards product modification and improvement of new standard product.

Deliver technical presentation to customers, particularly on details of product improvements in design, technology, applications, and safety. This should be presented as enhanced solutions and value-added configurations from Edwards.

Implement problem-solving processes in China organization throughout Semi market, and work with the Field Service organization on the improvement of product reliability at customer sites, and reduce Cost Of Ownership to our customers.

Your skills and experience

• Master Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 3 year experience in the semiconductor industry, with sound knowledge and experience of Edwards products.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills to build sound relationship with Division Product Management and customers.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
• Strategy thinking and achievement motivation
• Maintains intellectual property awareness.
