Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Human Resources Intern. You will be part of our Human Resources team reporting to the Talent & Employer Branding Specialist. In this role, your mission is to help recruit, plan, and implement the 2027 Summer Internship program across the US.
Your day-to-day
- Assist the Talent and Employer Branding Specialist with recruiting for the 2027 Summer Internship Program:
- Review resumes
- Phone Screen candidates
- Update a candidate tracking spreadsheet
- Schedule manager interviews with candidates
- Assist with offer letters
Help with program implementation and planning of the program
Opening & Closing Ceremonies
Pricing out Social Event options and photographers
Volunteer Event
Your skills and experience
- Experience in a Human Resource team setting
- Ability to work with MS Office, Teams, and Bookings
- Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and managers
- 15-20 hours of availability during the week
- Self-discipline and time management skills

Students enrolled in undergraduate programs will make $20/hr and students enrolled in Graduate programs will make $22/hr.

Your job location
Hybrid: This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our office in Rock Hill, SC, United States (US).
