Position Overview
Autodesk is changing how the world is designed and made. From the buildings we live in to the products we use to the movies that inspire us, Autodesk software helps our customers design and make a better world for all. Our customers rely on Autodesk to discover, evaluate, and purchase the right products to support their education, businesses, and careers. We're looking for an experienced Senior Experience Designer to help shape the future of Autodesk's digital commerce experiences, creating intuitive, engaging, and customer-centered journeys that serve millions of users around the world.
As a Senior Experience Designer on the Worldwide Marketing Digital & eCommerce team, you will design seamless end-to-end commerce experiences across Autodesk.com, from product discovery and pricing to purchase, subscription management, and post-purchase engagement. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and analytics partners to create experiences that balance customer needs with business goals while supporting Autodesk's Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy.
Your work will help customers discover value quickly, reduce friction across key touchpoints, and enable self-service experiences that drive activation, conversion, adoption, and long-term customer success.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record designing customer-facing digital products, with deep expertise designing customer-facing ecommerce experiences across discovery, purchase, subscription, and post-purchase journeys. You are skilled at simplifying complex workflows, using customer insights and behavioral data to inform design decisions, and creating experiences that support experimentation, personalization, and continuous optimization. Experience designing for SaaS, subscription, or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments is highly valued.
Success in this role requires a systems-thinking mindset, strong interaction and visual design skills, and the ability to translate customer insights, business strategy, and product objectives into intuitive experiences. You'll help define how Autodesk's digital storefront evolves, combining world-class UX, compelling storytelling, AI-assisted design practices, and data-informed experimentation to create experiences that inspire customers and drive measurable business growth.
For consideration, candidates must include both a resume + portfolio with password when applying.
