Ihre Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Hardware-Teams
• Steuerung und Optimierung des Ressourceneinsatzes sowie Unterstützung der Kapazitätsplanung
• Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und budgetgerechten Umsetzung von Hardware-Arbeitspaketen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-, Software- und Systems-Engineering sowie Projektmanagement in einer globalen Matrixorganisation
• Standortübergreifende, interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Hardware-Teams
• Steuerung und Monitoring von Auslastung, Risiken und Projektfortschritt
• Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Business Development bei technischen Bewertungen und Aufwandsschätzungen
• Förderung technischer Innovationen sowie Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Know-how und Design Assets
• Schulung, Coaching und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Nachwuchskräften
• Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Entwicklungsprozessen und Qualitätsstandards
• Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der globalen Hardware-Organisation und ihrer Kompetenzen

Ihr Profil

• Tiefgehende fachliche Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Embedded Computing Boards, vorzugsweise auf Basis von x86- und NXP-Prozessoren
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hardware Design, Schaltungsentwicklung und Embedded Computing
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Entwicklungsmitarbeitenden
• Intensive Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb interdisziplinärer Entwicklungsprojekte und Matrixorganisationen
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an technischen Innovationen und neuen Technologien
• Hohe Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Durchsetzungsvermögen, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
