About the Role

Working within AXA Group Security, you will help security teams use automated scanning, reporting, and enforcement capabilities effectively and securely.

- Shape the product roadmap by translating security priorities, business needs, user feedback, and upcoming vendor releases into clear actions.
- Enhance and automate processes to improve service quality, efficiency, consistency, and internal controls.
- Coordinate incidents, changes, requests, and escalations, helping teams resolve issues and maintain agreed service levels.
- Support product expansion by onboarding new technologies, systems and AXA entities.
- Partner with global stakeholders, including cybersecurity teams, technical specialists, business representatives, and external vendors.
- Turn complex requirements into practical solutions, including technical designs, delivery plans, impact assessments, and cost estimates.

- Create clear, useful product content, including technical documentation, user guides, procedures, communications, and release information.
- Communicate with impact, making technical topics understandable to both specialist and non-technical audiences.
- Share your expertise and contribute to a collaborative culture of learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
