・Finance部門内にある、Finance業務に特化した業務効率化、AI活用促進、システム開発を行うチームの募集です。
・AXA Groupの主要なEntityで計画・実行されているFinancial process digitalizationを実現することを主たるターゲットとしています。Financeの主要な指標を算出するためのプロセスや、財務諸表を作成する業務をBIツールなどを使いデジタル化し、業務の効率化、指標の可視化、有益なレポートを作成してマネジメントの意思決定をサポートします。
・Finance内の他チーム、IT/Data部門、AXA Groupのその他エンティティと円滑なコミュニケーションをとりながら、自ら課題解決に向かって行動できる方、新しい業務にチャレンジしたい方をお待ちしています。
・This is a recruitment notice for a team within the Finance department that specializes in streamlining Finance operations, promoting the use of AI, and system development.
・The main target is to realize financial process digitalization by using BI tools and others, we digitize processes for calculating key Finance indicators and creating financial statements, thereby streamlining operations, visualizing indicators, and creating useful reports to support management decision-making.
・We are looking for individuals who can proactively work towards solving issues while communicating smoothly with other teams within Finance, the IT/Data department, and other entities of the AXA Group, and who are eager to take on new challenges.）

・ビジネスレベルの英語力（パリ本社はじめ海外オフィスとのやりとりが多いため）、またはビジネスレベルの日本語力
- ・次のいずれかのスキル・経験があること 1) System Engineer or Solution Architect or Business Analyst、２）Anaplan 開発経験 3) AIアウトプット品質責任者、プロンプトアーキテクト、AIシステム統合エンジニア
- ・Ability to understand current pain points, and propose / conduct improvement actions
- ・Motivated to perform strong leadership on solving current issues
- ・Flexibility to work on new and challenging tasks
- ・Business-level English proficiency (For communication with Paris HQ and other overseas offices) or Business-level Japanese
- ・Having one or more of the following skills or experience: 1) System Engineer or Solution Architect or Business Analyst, 2) Experience in Anaplan development, 3) AI output quality manager, prompt architect, AI system integration engineer.してください）

9:00～17:00（休憩12:00～13:00）
