【職務内容/ Job Description】

Prepare and ensure the timely and accurate production of IFRS and Solvency II Pillar III (S2P3, Disclosure of solvency II) data, with a particular focus on the calculation of eligible own funds (EOF), financial statements and disclosures or reporting for local management and the AXA Group. This includes adherence to local solvency regimes, ensuring that EOF calculations for ICS reflect the latest local requirements.

Conduct in-depth analysis on financial figures reported to the Group, provide insights into key financial KPIs, and leverage those insights to support management decisions.

Leverage these insights to identify risks and opportunities, enabling the development of robust, data-driven solutions aligned with IFRS standards, Group reporting principles, and the company’s broader business objectives.

Lead the execution of complex accounting and reporting projects, including the implementation of new initiatives within IFRS, S2P3, and Group reporting frameworks.

Apply extensive technical expertise and industry knowledge to optimize reporting processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance the overall integrity and transparency of financial disclosures.

Mentor and coach team members to build technical proficiency, promote professional growth, and reinforce a strong governance culture.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory and financial reporting requirements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in financial governance. Support management in navigating evolving regulatory landscapes and evolving business strategies through expert advice and innovative reporting solutions.

【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】

5-10 years of experience in accounting and reporting, with a deep knowledge in IFRS. Experience in Solvency II pillar III or local solvency calculation is plus.

Strong knowledge and professional expertise in IFRS accounting standards and S2P3 regulations.

Strong facilitation and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

Japanese (Native level), business level or above English proficiency

Leadership, Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP)

CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
