Booz Allen Defense & Aerospace

Full-Stack Agentic Cyber Capabilities Developer

Huntsville, AL In person Full-time

Location: Huntsville, AL

The Opportunity

As a full-stack developer, you can resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment. If you’re looking for the chance to not just develop software, but to create a system that will make a difference, we need you on our team. We’re looking for an experienced developer like you with the skills needed to develop software and systems from vision to production-ready.

This role is more than coding. As a senior full-stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll build intuitive user experiences, robust APIs, scalable back-end services, and agent orchestration workflows. You’ll collaborate with cyber operators, AI engineers, architects, and product teams to translate complex red team processes into reliable, observable, and governed agentic capabilities.

You’ll help design how agents reason over mission context, select approved tools, coordinate tasks, maintain state, and adapt to results. You’ll also implement safeguards such as authorization boundaries, human approval points, comprehensive audit logging, and failsafe controls to ensure agent actions remain explainable and within authorized scope.

You’ll apply modern AI and software architecture patterns to adversary emulation planning, workflow orchestration, operational visibility, results analysis, and continuous capability evaluation. You’ll ensure the solution supports today’s operating environment while remaining extensible as models, tools, and mission requirements evolve.

Work with us as we shape systems for the better.

Join us. The world can’t wait.
