As a Partner Capability Integrator, you’ll bring your exercise and maritime domain awareness expertise to work alongside thought leaders in security cooperation and partnerships on projects for the maritime enterprise. You’ll use your skills and expertise to research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support naval exercises and partnerships.

Work with us to lead the technical integration of maritime domain awareness platforms and tactical network environments with participating partner nations in a theater of operations. You will oversee the design, coordination, and execution of annual multilateral maritime exercises, including shore-based training workshops and live-action sea phases. The role includes responsibility for establishing and managing a distributed exercise control cell to evaluate partner-nation operational responses in real time, collaborating with military program offices and international partners to integrate advanced tracking capabilities and technology solutions, and delivering executive-level operational reports, daily situational updates, and comprehensive after-action reviews to senior leadership.

You Have

• 5+ years of experience with multilateral military exercises throughout the exercise planning cycle
• 3+ years of experience with DoW naval maritime domain awareness activities and tools
• Knowledge of Pacific theater security cooperation and exercise partners, and tactical network environments and maritime tracking technologies
• Ability to draft operational situational reports, after-action reports, and executive summaries for senior military leadership, and communicate clearly with a broad range of international partners, U.S. Navy commands, and U.S. military groups
• Ability to manage tasks, timelines, and resources, as well as maritime domain awareness tool account access and troubleshooting for international partners
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have

Experience coordinating with commercial defense contractors providing equipment and services to exercises

Experience with high volume account management

Ability to coordinate tailored technical training on maritime domain awareness systems for international partners

Ability to organize and prioritize support to multiple partners across varying lines of effort

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
