The position plays a critical role in driving program execution, managing cross-functional dependencies, enforcing production readiness and launch requirements, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, with measurable outcomes and clear accountability.

This role requires a highly proactive, results-oriented leader who can translate technical complexity into actionable plans, anticipate and resolve delivery risks, and establish scalable program management practices as the organization grows.

Drive Cross-Functional Program Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, dependency maps, milestones, and delivery schedules spanning platform development, data pipelines, vendor integrations, security reviews, and production deployments.

Establish Program Governance and Accountability: Define and manage program governance processes, decision-making forums, escalation protocols, and delivery standards to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of issues.

Manage Production Readiness and Launch Gates: Coordinate and validate technical readiness requirements, including engineering evaluations, performance evidence, platform telemetry, security reviews, and acceptance criteria, to support informed production and launch decisions.

Oversee Vendor and Partner Delivery: Manage technical program coordination with external partners and vendors, track contractual milestones, validate integration requirements, and ensure vendor deliverables meet established technical standards and acceptance criteria.

Lead Knowledge Transfer and Operational Transition: Manage structured partner-to-internal-team transitions through defined shadowing, pairing, leadership, and ownership milestones, ensuring operational readiness and successful transfer of technical capabilities.

Drive Technical Collaboration and Delivery Alignment: Partner with engineering leaders, enterprise architects, product managers, and data platform teams to evaluate technical dependencies, challenge assumptions, assess delivery estimates, and proactively address risks impacting execution.

Manage Executive Reporting and Communications: Develop clear, concise, executive-level program updates, steering committee materials, quarterly business review presentations, escalation memoranda, and decision recommendations that communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and required actions.

Coordinate Global and Enterprise Stakeholders: Serve as a central program interface across U.S. and India engineering teams, enterprise technology, the Enterprise Transformation Office, People Solutions, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive timely execution.

Establish Scalable Program Management Practices: Build and continuously improve program management tools, processes, reporting mechanisms, and operating cadences that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and consistent delivery performance.

Support Strategic Initiatives: Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned to advance the firm's AI strategy and business priorities.
