Co-ops are a paid six-month month work and learning opportunity for college students to work on a specific project within a designated team applying their education and use their voice to make recommendations to enhance the Bank. Co-ops will work with leaders on important work and initiatives to advance both the student and the Bank. Co-ops will perform work duties and responsibilities in addition to the project to apply their classroom knowledge to a real work assignment to enhance their professional credential, prepare individuals to successfully transition to the workforce and jump start their career.
Co-ops will receive onboarding and ongoing education, networking and teambuilding opportunities to build their personal brand, confidence and remain true to the Bank’s mission and deliver on our You Matter More promise to help our employees, customers and communities prosper.
