Envision yourself at Barracuda
The International Channel Business Analyst II is the single point of contact for Barracuda’s International channel sales organization and the face of Channel Operations across EMEA and APAC. You will be the go-to partner for channel sellers and leaders – Channel Business Managers, Partner Development Managers, regional sales managers and theater leaders – owning their operational requests end to end, from quota and territory setup to Salesforce account ownership, commissions crediting questions and case resolution.
This is a hands-on, customer-service-first role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and solves problems proactively before they escalate. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Commissions, Finance, Sales Systems and our AMER Channel Operations team to keep processes consistent globally while meeting the needs of International teams. This is a hybrid role based in our Reading, UK office three days per week, reporting to the Director of Global Channel Operations.
What you will be working on
- Serve as the primary operational contact for international channel sales teams and leaders.
- Manage and resolve Channel Operations requests through Salesforce from intake to completion.
- Coordinate quota planning, territory management, and account ownership activities.
- Maintain accurate partner, account, and coverage data within Salesforce.
- Monitor channel performance metrics including revenue, pipeline, and quota attainment.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Commissions, and Systems teams to improve processes and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends, root causes, and operational efficiencies.
- What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar business operations role.
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models, including MSP, reseller, and partner-led go-to-market motions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including account management, reporting, opportunities, and case management.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Experience with quota planning, sales compensation, commissions processes, or related tools (e.g., Xactly) is preferred.
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global organization.
What you’ll get from us
A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experiences are valued. Internal mobility – there are opportunities for cross training and the ability to attain your next career step within Barracuda. In addition, you will receive equity, in the form of non-qualifying options.
