What is the Impact Internship?

BAT’s flagship programme for students who want more than work experience. Over 3 to 6 months, you’ll be embedded in one of our teams across the business, contributing to real projects with genuine business impact. It’s a paid role designed to accelerate your career growth and give you the skills and confidence to go further. With over 500 interns recruited annually across 40+ locations worldwide, you’ll be joining a global community of ambitious, driven people just like you.

We're looking for ambitious, globally minded individuals who are ready to challenge themselves and make an impact.

Available to join a full-time internship for 3-6 months

University student or recent graduate

Less than 2 years of full-time work experience

Strong learning agility, curiosity, and drive

Able to work effectively in diverse and collaborative environments

Fluent in English and/or Japanese depending on the role

Must be 20 years or older at the time of internship
