JOB SUMMARY The Director, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) PMO & Transformation leads the RCM project portfolio, sets priorities, drives cross-functional transformation, and ensures initiatives deliver measurable financial and operational results. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management. The role partners across RCM Operations, Clinical Operations and Coding, Strategy and Analytics, Market Access, Finance, IT, Product, Compliance, and vendors.
