Job Description Summary
The Account Executive serves as the primary contact and strategic liaison for assigned pharmacy clients, managing account performance across retail, mail, specialty, rebate, clinical, formulary, pharmacy benefit, and emerging solutions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Account Management, this role coordinates internal teams, operational support partners, PBMs, pharmacies, manufacturers, Clean Team resources, and vendors to deliver implementations, resolve issues, meet contractual commitments, and strengthen client satisfaction and retention
