Drafts and negotiates terms related to service level agreements (SLAs), limitation of liability, termination rights, and data security/privacy obligations

Process Transformation & People Management

Leads process transformation and end-to-end redesign of IT procurement workflows — intake, sourcing, contracting, and renewal management — to improve cycle time, controls, and stakeholder experience

Executes procurement deliverables within the supplier onboarding workflow, ensuring sourcing, commercial, contracting, due diligence, and approval requirements are completed accurately and on time

Collaborates with IT to establish and maintain renewal and asset lifecycle management processes, including demand planning, utilization review, commercial planning, and timely renewal or exit decisions

Develops, implements, and adheres to service level agreements for procurement cycle time, responsiveness, and stakeholder experience; monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Evaluates and implements procurement technology (source-to-pay, contract lifecycle management, spend analytics tools) to support the redesigned processes

Serves as an escalation point for vendor disputes, service failures, and contract non-compliance

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provides functional leadership, workload prioritization, and governance oversight for IT sourcing, technology contracts, vendor management, software licensing, and technology spend management
