We’re BDO. An accountancy and business advisory firm, providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organisations need to navigate today’s changing world.

We work with the companies that are Britain’s economic engine – ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited and high growth businesses that fuel the economy - and directly advise the owners and management teams that lead them.

We’ll broaden your horizons

Our greatest asset is our people, so our HR team focus on ensuring we are all reaching our potential. Leading organisations trust us because of the quality of our advice. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships.

Providing expert guidance on employment legislation, HR policies and best practice, you'll ensure cases are managed consistently, professionally and in line with governance requirements while identifying trends and recommending proactive solutions.

You'll support the delivery of strategic people projects and key People Plan priorities, helping to embed new ways of working, drive continuous improvement and implement standardised processes across Central Operations. You'll also lead cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, promotions, talent reviews and salary review processes, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to agreed timelines.

Using people data and insights, you'll identify trends, risks and opportunities, prepare reports for senior stakeholders and support informed decision-making. You'll monitor compliance with people policies and processes, helping to maintain robust governance standards while contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery and operational effectiveness.
