The Opportunity
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytically driven Compliance Analyst to join our AI & Data organization at BetMGM. In this role you will support the company's obligations across US state, Canada, and federal gaming regulations, helping ensure that our products, promotions, data practices, and operations remain fully compliant in every jurisdiction in which we operate. You will work cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Trading, Risk, and Operations teams to monitor regulatory developments, conduct compliance reviews, and maintain the documentation and reporting frameworks that underpin BetMGM's regulatory standing.
The ideal candidate brings a strong compliance or regulatory background ideally from within a regulated gaming or iGaming environment, pairs it with solid analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth business where attention to detail and sound judgment are essential.
