Senior HR Manager

We’re hiring a Senior HR Manager to run HR for our India offices from start to finish: hiring, onboarding and exits, compliance and policy. Our India team is growing and a lot of our HR groundwork is still being built. You’ll organize things that are currently handled case by case, set up the legally required frameworks and get our HR systems working properly. This is a hands-on leadership role in a small team. An HR Specialist will support you, and you’ll work closely with our Facilities, Business Operations Manager and Lead IT and Network Engineer. NOTE: Candidates must be open to work within USA time zones EST/EDT and PST/PDT hours.
