Big Happy helps brands reach consumers through cross-channel mobile and digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising. We're hiring an East Coast Sales Team Lead to lead a team of 3-4 sellers, including a Director, a Senior Sales Manager, and 1-2 Account Executives. The team covers client-direct brands alongside Publicis Groupe, WPP, and smaller independent agencies. You'll report directly to the Head of East Coast Sales and work side by side with our other East Coast Sales Team Lead, sharing market learnings and client feedback with the broader leadership team.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned advertising sales leader whose deep agency and brand relationships open doors for their team and expand Big Happy's presence in the market.
