What we're looking for: 4+ years of software development experience. 1–2 years of technical leadership experience. Strong Java & Spring Boot experience. Experience with AWS, REST APIs, and scalable backend applications . Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and testing. Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban. Strong mentoring and technical decision-making skills. B2+ English level. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
