Summer Internship, Bluespring Wealth

Our 2027 Summer Interns will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across our company, teams, advisors, and clients while gaining hands-on experience in the wealth management industry. Interns will join a cohort of smart, ambitious, and curious contributors and work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects. Our Summer Internship Program will run from the beginning of June through the end of July 2027.

Internship opportunities will be available across Bluespring Wealth and participating firms, providing students with hands-on experience, professional development, and meaningful project work that supports real business objectives. Our interns will work on key projects with specific goals and activities established by leaders within their assigned teams. Throughout the summer, interns will gain a deeper understanding of the financial services and wealth management industry, market trends, technology platforms, and the ways Bluespring Wealth supports its advisors and clients.

Our internship program is open to students from all backgrounds, and we strongly encourage students who are curious about wealth management, financial services, and building meaningful careers to apply. What You Bring: Minimum 3.0 GPA Undergraduate juniors and seniors preferred Completion of an AI-focused course preferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Highly motivated, curious, and driven Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others Strong time-management and organizational skills Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to understand and interpret numerical data Strong interpersonal and communication skills Interest in working in a client-service-oriented environment Basic knowledge of, or a strong interest in, finance, financial services, or wealth management A desire to learn, contribute, and make an impact
