Working Student (m/f/d) – SAP S/4HANA Stabilization & FPY Improvement

• Boeing Global Services (BGS) Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) to support our team with SAP S/4HANA stabilization projects and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• During your time with us you will assist with both data-driven analyses and practical improvement initiatives in production.
• This position will be hired on a fixed term contract starting at one year.

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA stabilization projects, with a focus on First Pass Yield (FPY) improvement in Germany.
• Take ownership of smaller projects and initiatives, such as introducing 5S and implementing quick wins—particularly those identified through the Continuous Improvement (CI) process.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate data to identify actionable improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Support the implementation and tracking of process improvement measures.

Basic Qualifications

Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in business administration, industrial engineering, computer science, production engineering, or a related field.

Fluent German and English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong motivation and commitment.
• Solid numerical skills and an interest in data analysis.
• A basic understanding of logistics processes and continuous improvement methods.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• We welcome some basic knowledge of SQL or Smartsheet.
• A team-oriented mindset, with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work.
