We are looking for new team members to join our offices in Germany and Austria and support our clients across a variety of industries gain competitive advantage through data, technology, and digital. We operate at the intersection between business and technology, and help our clients think strategically about how technology will change the shape of their business.

As a Consultant, you will

• Take end-to-end responsibility for larger and more complex "modules" within a BCG project, developing specialized knowledge to help solve our clients' problems
• Work on a variety of digital topics, ranging from ERP and enterprise systems transformations to data platforms and AI, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions
• Partner with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, and win buy-in for your recommendations
• Collaborate with fellow BCGers as an integral part of BCG's core consulting team, working side-by-side with practice areas to create value and competitive advantage for clients

You'll help your clients answer questions such as

• "How will AI disrupt my business model?"
• "How can businesses use data and analytics to create personalized outreach delivered through a seamless omnichannel experience?"
• "How can I ship higher digital services to my customers faster by using agile?"
• "How can we modernize our core ERP and enterprise systems landscape to enable faster, data-driven decision-making?"
• ...and many more.

What You'll Bring

• We're looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry with a strong focus on technology, digital initiatives, or digital strategy. Relevant experience could include:
• Working on technology or digital projects at a consulting firm
• Supporting digital initiatives in corporate roles (e.g., business analyst, digital project lead)
• Contributing to projects in tech start-ups or scale-ups
• Roles in consulting-like industries (e.g., digital strategy, digital marketing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Outstanding academic achievements (bachelor's or advanced degree)
• A broad skillset and passion for digital & technology is important. You'll be supported by an extensive training curriculum (the same program as all BCG consultants), plus digital specific training and mentoring to help you broaden and deepen your skills
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems transformations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or comparable platforms) is a plus
