The P&C Records and Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the organization's People & Culture (P&C) compliance and records management functions. This position is responsible for conducting detailed analyses of personnel records and employee documentation, interpreting complex regulatory requirements, supporting legal and agency matters, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, with a significant focus on California regulations.
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional critical thinking and analytical abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate complex information, identify compliance risks, and develop well-reasoned recommendations. This role regularly collaborates with Legal, P&C, and business leaders while managing sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
