The HRIS Service Coordinator serves as a primary resource for workforce transaction processing and HRIS support, ensuring employee data is maintained accurately, securely, and in compliance with company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and cybersecurity standards. This role reviews, validates, and processes workforce transactions within PeopleSoft, responds and troubleshoots service requests through ServiceNow, and provides guidance to field management on workforce administration processes.
The HRIS Service Coordinator partners closely with Compensation, Payroll, Compliance, and HRIS teams to support data integrity, service delivery, information security, and continuous process improvement. The position serves as a subject matter expert for workforce transaction processes and approval requirements while supporting manager education and self-service capabilities.
