Sourcer

About the role

The Sourcer role is ideal for a research-minded, high-energy recruiting professional who loves finding and engaging passive talent and wants their impact measured in hires.

In this role, you will find and engage passive candidates for corporate, professional and technical searches across our portfolio of brands. Your day to day will consist of building market maps, running personalized outreach, qualifying interest and handing off strong prospects to recruiters, so they can focus on interviews, hiring managers and closing.

You won't own requisitions or offers, but you will own the pipeline that makes hiring possible. You will support 2–3 recruiters across 15–20 requisitions and partner closely with Senior, Technical and full-cycle Recruiters and their hiring managers.

What you'll do

Research & Market Mapping

• •Build target-company and talent maps for priority searches within 5 business days
• •Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, associations and alumni networks, and other platforms to find passive talent
• •Share insights on talent supply, compensation signals and competitor moves

Candidate Engagement

• •Source 75+ net-new candidates and send 100+ personalized outreach messages per week
• •Write short, specific outreach by role and level, while tracking and improving response rates (target 25%+)
• •Hand off 10+ qualified, interested prospects per week to recruiters with clear notes

Recruiter Partnership & Talent Pools

•Calibrate weekly with recruiters and adjust searches within 48 hours of feedback

•Maintain talent pools and re-engage silver medalists for recurring roles

Metrics & Data

•Tag source, stage and outreach activity accurately in Rippling ATS so sourcing impact is measurable

•Report weekly sourcing metrics by Monday at noon

Required

• •1-3 years of sourcing, recruiting, research, or recruiting coordination experience
• •Hands-on LinkedIn experience (Recruiter preferred), including Boolean search
• •Strong written communication and communication skills
• •Organized and detail-oriented, with disciplined data entry in an ATS or CRM
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred

• •Experience sourcing technical or corporate professional talent
• •Experience with Rippling or a sourcing CRM
• •Interest in growing into a full-cycle Recruiter role
