We are looking for a Senior Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, API testing, and performance and load testing to help us build reliable, scalable, and high-quality software. In this role, you will take ownership of automation and performance testing for assigned product areas. You will design and maintain automated test suites, develop performance test scenarios, analyse system behaviour under different workloads, and work closely with developers to identify bottlenecks and improve application reliability.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who combines strong programming skills with practical performance engineering experience. You should be comfortable working independently, investigating complex failures, and translating test results into actionable insights. The role also requires regular collaboration with our US-based counterparts. Candidates should be comfortable attending meetings during evening hours in India to support cross-functional planning, technical discussions, and project execution.
