- Commercial Fire is looking to add an Affiliate Recruiter to our team to research and find additional sub-contractors ( Affiliate Partners) to add to our existing database.
- Recruit new affiliate partners for both Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning and Fire National Accounts.
- Sourcing local protection companies to provide services on fire extinguishers, exit lights, sprinkler systems, fire alarm and kitchen systems.
- Sourcing local kitchen exhaust cleaning companies to provide kitchen exhaust cleaning services.
- Work with Territory Managers to understand where we have areas that need new or additional companies based on our workload.
- Partner with local companies to establish services needed, coverage areas, certifications, insurance, and pricing.
- Sourcing will be conducted using leads provided and research done by the Affiliate Recruiter.
- Attend trade shows for purposes of recruiting new affiliate partners. This entails limited travel.
- Meet quotas for new affiliate recruitment.
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to negotiate contracts
- 1 year+ experience with Commercial Fire Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Must be organized and have the ability to work well under pressure with deadlines
- Ability to travel for trade shows as needed
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
