Demand for cybersecurity governance and customer assurance continues to increase. Brooks now supports a growing number of customer security reviews, supplier assessments, audits, regulatory requirements, and governance activities. At the same time, the organization is preparing for increased regulatory scrutiny and public-company style compliance expectations.

We do not need someone who can simply quote compliance frameworks. We need someone who can take ownership of governance activities, keep the program moving forward, engage stakeholders across the company, and help turn compliance requirements into measurable security improvements. This role is central to maintaining Brooks' ISO 27001 certification, supporting customer trust, and scaling the security program as the business grows.
