Performance analysis and interpretation: Ability to understand, interpret, and explain performance indicators and dashboards to support a reliable and shared view of project delivery.

Systems thinking and alignment across practices, tools, and metrics: Capacity to identify and flag discrepancies between practices, PMO tools, data, and user behaviors, contributing to their overall alignment. Communication, coaching, and influence: Strong ability to train, coach, and influence Project Managers and project PCOs without direct authority in adopting PMO standards.
