Dein Aufgaben

• Weiterentwicklung von Operational Excellence und Continuous Improvement im Unternehmen
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen an unseren Standorten
• Förderung von Lean Management, Standardisierung und Best Practices
• Aufbau von Wissen, Kompetenzen und nachhaltigen Verbesserungsstrukturen
• Begleitung von Transformations- und Veränderungsprozessen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Operational Excellence, Lean Management oder Transformation
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Lean-Methoden und Continuous Improvement
• Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-, Coaching- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
• Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld sowie Kenntnisse von Industrie 4.0
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
