The Opportunity
CACI seeks an experienced Product Management Transformation SME for a key leadership role supporting the United States Secret Service (USSS) contract within the Department of Homeland Security. This position enhances national security by leading the design, adoption, and institutionalization of modern product management practices, governance, and decision frameworks across the agency's OCIO product ecosystem.
You will bridge private-sector product discipline with federal governance, acquisition, and oversight—helping USSS shift from traditional project management toward outcome-based, user-centered, iterative product delivery aligned to mission needs. As a trusted advisor to agency leadership, program managers, and delivery teams, you'll transform how the agency defines, funds, builds, governs, and measures digital products and services.
This role combines hands-on product management (coaching Product Owners, shaping roadmaps, running discovery) with organizational change leadership (capability building, governance redesign, cultural adoption of agile/product operating models). Working with CIO leadership, division chiefs, mission stakeholders, acquisition teams, and delivery teams, you'll drive mission-critical transformation aligned with the 21st Century IDEA Act, OMB agile guidance, and agency IT modernization strategies.
Note: Primarily remote with possible regular onsite presence in Washington, D.C. Candidates within driving distance of D.C. encouraged to apply.
