- Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
- Work Arrangement: onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order generation in JD Edwards software
- Complete the PO receipt process
- Communicate and update the suppliers with the required information promptly.Handling total correspondence on purchase end.
Material Planning
Collecting documents like Certificate of Analysis / MSDS
Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Ware house and Logistics Manager, Assisting Business Manager
Key skills
Customer Service , Invoicing , procurement , Purchase, & Material planning
Skills
- A. Bachelor’s degree
- B. Minimum 3-5 years of similar working experiences
- C. Fluency in spoken and written English.
- D. Possess strong MS Office skills.
- E. Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software is must.
