Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”.

If you love organising, coordinating and helping people, this could be the role for you. You’ll be at the heart of a busy learning and development environment, coordinating bookings, courses, events and learner support for Royal Navy personnel. It’s a varied role where no two days are quite the same and where your organisation and people skills can make a real difference.

🕒 Part-time role, 19 hours a week on a term time only basis (days/hours neg)

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
