WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a Marketing Programs Associate to join its in-house digital marketing team and support the firm's brand-building initiatives, lead generation programs, and digital marketing operations.

The Marketing Programs Associate will play a key role in the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, website content, and marketing automation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer with a strong interest in marketing technology and data-driven campaign management.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SEO, and website channels
• Assist with the management of marketing automation and CRM platforms, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, lead routing, and reporting
• Assist in tracking, testing, and maintaining marketing technology integrations and digital marketing tools
• Monitor campaign performance and develop recurring reports that evaluate effectiveness against established KPIs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to execute marketing initiatives
• Maintain marketing databases, campaign documentation, and project workflows
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, efficiency, and campaign performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business information systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related role
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation technologies
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and website content optimization
• Experience supporting paid media campaigns across major advertising platforms
• A background in investments, wealth management, financial services, or professional services marketing is a plus

Desired Qualifications/Skills

Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar technologies

Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of lead management processes and digital marketing attribution models

Knowledge of SEO tools and technologies and familiarity with website content management systems (CMS)

Experience managing email lists, audience segmentation, and campaign testing

Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Asana

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

Maintains exceptional attention to detail and accountability

Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies and marketing disciplines

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset

Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Up to date on digital marketing trends, marketing technology innovations, and measurement best practices
