Overview

At HealthEdge, we know that our people are our greatest asset. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a talented Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support us as we build incredible teams and continue to expand our collaborative culture.

This role will sit in our HR team and will report to the Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition. The recruiting team is a trusted partner to our internal customers, and this hire will play a key role in the team’s success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with the recruiters to coordinate scheduling of in-person/Teams interviews for candidates with hiring managers and their teams.
• Participate in interview de-brief sessions after in-person/Teams interviews by collecting notes to be shared with the recruiters and hiring managers.
• Requisition opening and coordinate with Business partners.
• Maintain real time data on open positions and candidates in our ATS (Workday and iCIMS).
• Maintain referral Bonus information.
• Manage contractor data on real time
• Coordinate with vendors, requisition opening and working closely with hiring managers
• Mandatory experience in workday.
• Experience in ICIMS will be an added advantage
• Proactive to take up additional responsibilities
• Good knowledge in excel
• 3-5 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition Coordination space
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with hiring managers
• Experience with Workday platforms (iCIMS experience a plus)
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional maturity
