As Strategic Project Manager, you will be in charge of :

Strategic & Financial Analysis

• Track FTE allocation and budget across the teams; flag variances early.
• Support cost optimization initiatives, grounded in business performance and budget data.
• Maintain a close working relationship with Finance to guide budget-related decisions.
• Translate organizational and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Establish and maintain relevant baselines, assumptions and KPIs to track performance over time.

Governance & Coordination

• Track cross-leaders projects across the entity, surfacing dependencies and risks.
• Maintain a record of key decisions and follow through to closure.
• Coordinate milestones and dependencies across Service Design's teams.
• Track agreed actions and assess whether they deliver the intended outcomes.
• Provide concise updates on progress, lessons learned and next steps.
• Chief of Staff Support
• Plan and organize key workshops and leadership sessions for the leaders.
• Support the preparation of materials for leadership and cross-leaders meetings.
• Assist with ad hoc coordination tasks as they arise, at the leaders' direction.

Technology & Operational Understanding

• Develop practical knowledge of the different teams, services and how they work and interconnect.
• Build a working understanding of how MSS services are designed, built, operated and supported.
• Act as an effective link between the leaders, teams and other BU stakeholders.
• Votre profil

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with budget, FTE and performance data.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders.
• Organized and structured; able to track multiple threads without losing detail.
• Collaborative, with good judgment on when to escalate versus resolve directly.
• Proficiency with standard reporting and collaboration tools (e.g. Excel/Sheets, JIRA, PowerPoint).
• Discretion when handling sensitive organizational or financial information.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to develop practical operational and technical knowledge.

Desirable Knowledge & Experience

• Experience in business analysis, project manager or leadership/operations support.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, managed security services, or technology operations.
• Familiarity with service design, service operations, or operating-model analysis.
• Experience analyzing workforce, budget, or performance information.
