You know the law. You understand the business. Now it's time to make an impact.

At EnergyLink Sourcing, we're looking for more than an attorney who reviews contracts. We're looking for a strategic legal partner, confident negotiator, and business-minded problem solver who understands what it takes to keep complex procurement and infrastructure projects moving.

If you thrive at the intersection of commercial contracting, procurement, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), and regulatory compliance, this could be your next big career move.

As our Corporate Counsel, you'll help shape the agreements, manage the risks, and support the commercial decisions that drive critical energy and infrastructure projects.

This isn't just about protecting the business. It's about helping move the business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial negotiations. Draft, review, and negotiate master supply agreements, supplier and customer contracts, purchase orders, NDAs, amendments, and commercial terms.
  • Support procurement and EPC operations. Partner with Sourcing, Purchasing, Finance, and business leaders to structure agreements that support complex energy and infrastructure projects.
  • Protect what matters. Identify contractual, commercial, and regulatory risks while developing practical solutions that keep business moving.
  • Navigate global compliance. Advise on international trade, customs, tariffs, sanctions, export controls, anti-corruption, and supplier compliance requirements.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships. Provide legal guidance on supplier performance, delivery challenges, commercial claims, and contract disputes.
  • Build smarter processes. Develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, approval workflows, and contracting standards that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Be a trusted advisor. Translate complex legal matters into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement. Help strengthen legal operations, supplier risk management, and commercial contracting practices.

What You'll Bring

The Essentials

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
  • 3–5 years of legal experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or combination of both.

  • Working knowledge of procurement-related regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities and provide sound, business-focused legal advice.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience supporting procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, or EPC transactions.
  • Industry exposure to energy, utilities, renewable energy, construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • Experience negotiating complex commercial terms involving supplier performance, liability, indemnification, warranties, and delivery obligations.
  • Familiarity with international trade, tariffs, customs, and global supply chain compliance.
  • Prior in-house counsel experience and direct partnership with commercial or operational teams.
