TA Product Specialist

Location: Building No: 12C, Floor 9,10,11, Building No: 12B -Stilt floor, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India

In this role, you will

• ·Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Product Managers, Digital teams, and business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• ·Serve as a trusted functional expert for your product area, providing guidance on best practices, solution design, and Workday capabilities.
• ·Analyze business requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and user-centric.
• ·Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve the employee experience, and leverage automation and AI where appropriate.
• ·Coordinate functional testing for enhancements, releases, and projects while ensuring quality across upstream and downstream integrations.
• ·Participate in Workday's biannual release cycle by evaluating new functionality, assessing business impact, and recommending feature adoption.
• ·Create and maintain functional documentation, test scenarios, user guides, and implementation artifacts.
• ·Partner closely with Application Management Services (AMS), integration teams, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence.
• ·Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across HR, Digital Technology, Payroll, and external partners.

Required Qualifications

• ·3+ years of experience supporting HR Technology solutions.
• ·At least 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in one or more of the following:
• oTalent Acquisition
• oTalent Management
• ·Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday architecture.
• ·Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• ·Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting issues, and managing enhancements.
• ·Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ·Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and multiple time zones.
• ·Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

Preferred Qualifications

• ·Experience supporting global Workday deployments.
• ·Workday Pro certifications.
• ·Experience with Workday Reporting, Security, or Business Process Framework.
• ·Familiarity with Workday releases and feature adoption planning.
• ·Exposure to HR automation, AI, or emerging digital technologies.
