Finance Manager - Retail

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence commercial outcomes and provide the financial insight that drives strategic decision-making across a high-profile client account.

The Opportunity: Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts. Review and approve journal entries prepared by the accounting group and manage the preparation of operational and financial statements. Prepare and manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups. Oversee and manage the calculation of Percentage Rent, Extended Trade, Occupancy Capping, and Direct Recharges including overview of major tenant’s calculations Ensure compliance with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles, and regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. About You: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related discipline. CPA, CA or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Substantial retail property accounting experience, including progressive supervisory or management responsibility. Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving capability. Clear written and verbal communication, with confidence engaging senior management, employees and external auditors.

Advanced accounting systems and software knowledge; MRI or Yardi experience is valued. So, what’s in it for you?
