ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · The candidate will be responsible for leading execution of Government/ Public Sector Consulting projects. · Undertake Business Plan preparation, Financial Feasibility Analyses, Market Analyses, Techno-economic Feasibility Studies, Due Diligence Exercise · 8-10 years of experience in management consulting for Central Government/ State Government/ Public sector clients in infrastructure/ real estate sector projects · Education background – Master’s in business management (MBA)/ Engineering/ Urban Planning/ Infrastructure Management/ Construction Management · Experience in leading Government consulting mandates involving preparation of Detailed Feasibility Reports/ Detailed Project Reports for infrastructure/ real estate sector projects · Capability to build Financial Models from base for real estate/ infrastructure development projects · Experience in end-to-end Bid Process Management right from review of draft bid documents to the stage until signing of Agreements with successful bidders · Experience in undertaking feasibility studies/ transaction advisory services for at least two Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects is an added advantage · Interacting with clients and ability to hold meaningful conversations (for ongoing mandates)
