About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of structured cabling programs across large-scale data center projects. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring safe delivery, quality compliance, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of structured cabling projects within data center environments.
Lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and project budgets. Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements. Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests, implementing mitigation plans as required. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide regular project reporting, forecasting, and executive updates. Drive quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across project delivery. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline. 8+ years of experience managing structured cabling, ICT, network infrastructure, or data center projects. Strong understanding of copper and fiber optic cabling systems, testing, and commissioning practices.
Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously in mission-critical environments. Knowledge of project management methodologies and scheduling tools. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Data Center construction or fit-out projects.
Structured cabling systems (fiber backbone, copper, containment, pathways). Network infrastructure deployment and migration activities. Managing regional or multi-site cabling programs.
