BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent. 2-4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning within a large, matrixed organization.
Prior experience in a functional finance or business partnering capacity preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information to finance management. Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and cost center accounting. Proficiency in financial planning systems required; experience with TM1, Cognos, or OneStream strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills required. Ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations, including through the use of AI writing and analysis tools. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams across concurrent planning cycles. Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) and a demonstrated ability to apply them to financial analysis, reporting, and communication tasks.
Curiosity and comfort with emerging technologies; a self-starter mindset toward identifying where AI can reduce friction in recurring workflows. Strong work ethic and adaptable. Skilled with data manipulation and analysis. Professional Power BI experience preferred. Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
Ability to structure, plan, manage, and prioritize projects effectively. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
